Hi, I'm Kristi and I'm a former gymnastics / dance mom.  I spent several years taking my daughter to gymnastics practice and meets and then several years taking my daughter to dance practice and competitions.  This was a thoroughly enjoyable time through which many wonderful memories were made.  

I began designing gifts for girls just like my daughter and her team-mates as a hobby and it turned into a growing business.  I'm so thankful for all of the wonderful lessons that these activities taught my daughter as she was growing up.  And, I'm blessed to be able to spend my time designing and knowing that out there right now, someone's daughter is receiving a gift designed by me!

Recently, we've been blessed with another daughter who I look forward to watching grow and participating in whatever interests she develops!

 

Is Golly Girls an American website?

  • YES!   Golly Girls is an American company.  The artwork is all created by an American artist (currently residing in Pennsylvania).  All products are printed and shipped from within the United States!
 

ORDERING

  • Do you ship Internationally?   YES!  We have just added shipping to the UK, Canada, and Australia!  Any additional fees due through customs are your responsibility.
    • Can I add text to a product?  YES!  We have a selection of items that can be personalized.  All of them have "PERSONALIZED" in the title and a text field is provided on the product page.  You cannot preview your text, however, we will be sure to get it right!  Note:  You cannot choose whether or not to capitalize the name. If the name is in all capitals on the example, yours will be too and vice versa.  This is due to the way that the designs are made and how it will look.
     

    SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

    • What are your shipping methods?   We use standard shipping which takes 5 - 12 business days once your order has been shipped for US orders.  International orders may take longer as customs can be a lengthy process.. (we often see shipping times go much quicker, but it's best to expect the 5-12 day window so that you can plan to order in plenty of time)
    • Do you offer expedited shipping?   Not at this time.  Only standard shipping is offered at this time.
    • How long does it take to receive products?  Most items take 5-7 business days in production/printing.  (comforters take up to 2 weeks)  Once your item(s) have shipped, expect 5-12 business days for them to arrive.  International orders obviously take longer.
    • We DO NOT GUARANTEE any delivery dates.
    • Do you accept rush orders?   We are not able to accept rush orders at this time.
    • How are shipping & processing costs figured?   We currently offer FREE shipping on all products to the US.  Our fees have been calculated based on the figures provided by the printers that we use and vary by location.

     

     RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

    • Once the order has gone into "processing" on our end we are unable to cancel orders. This happens very quickly.
    • Pay attention to personalization fields, colors, sizes, and other options.  We do not give any refunds or accept exchanges for errors on the part of the customer.
    • We cannot exchange items except for apparel for another size if necessary, (unless the item is personalized/customized) but please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate the exchange. (must be post-marked within 14 days)... Please NOTE:  We will only exchange 2 apparel items per order so it is important that if you do not know the right size, order just 1 or 2 items and see how they fit before purchasing more.  And it is on YOU to verify you ordered the correct size.  Please look at the order confirmation to be certain it says, "YOUTH" in the size if you are ordering for a child or that it doesn't say "YOUTH" if you are ordering for an adult.
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not do refunds / exchanges for buyer's remorse or buyer's error, so please consider this making your purchase.  This includes errors when selecting options, providing personalization details, and even providing the correct shipping address.  DOUBLE CHECK before placing your order.  (a $10 fee is required to change order details once it has gone into "processing" on our end)
    • While our exchange / returns / cancellation policy is strict, we stand behind the quality of our products - if there are ANY DEFECTS with the product or the print/personalization - we will make it right. Reach out to us.
